3. AI Agents and Automated Communication

Leadora may use AI-powered agents and automation tools to help businesses respond faster, qualify leads, answer questions, book appointments, generate content, and guide visitors through a customer journey. Inside Leadora OS, AI models also power the Leo orchestration layer and related AI-assisted features.

When you interact with a Leadora AI agent or connected chat system, the information you provide may be processed to understand your request and deliver a relevant response. Prompts and outputs may be processed by third-party AI providers under their respective privacy policies. We minimize the personal data sent to AI providers.

We recommend avoiding the submission of sensitive personal information through chat unless it is necessary for the service being requested.

4. Sharing of Information

Leadora does not sell your personal information. However, we may share information with trusted service providers when necessary to operate our services.

We may share information with:

• CRM and lead management platforms
• AI agent and automation providers
• Email, chat, booking, or messaging platforms

Leadora OS is built on infrastructure providers such as Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring), and select AI infrastructure providers. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy. We choose providers that meet GDPR and SOC 2 standards where available, and each is only given access to the information needed to perform their service.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality, understand visitor behavior, measure performance, and support marketing efforts.

Inside Leadora OS, we use only essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences — we do not use advertising or tracking cookies within the platform.
